I am the Curry Leaf plant, the aromatic heart of South Asian kitchens. My pinnate, glossy green leaves release a warm, citrusy fragrance when crushed, forming the essential flavor base for countless curries, chutneys, and traditional remedies, right from your garden.

I am a fragrant, tropical to subtropical evergreen shrub or small tree, cultivated primarily for my highly aromatic leaves which are a fundamental seasoning in Indian, Sri Lankan, and Southeast Asian cuisines.

Native to India and Sri Lanka; widely cultivated in home gardens and farms across South Asia and in warm climates globally.

Water regularly to keep soil moderately moist, but allow the top layer to dry between waterings. Avoid waterlogging.

Feed every 4-6 weeks during the growing season with a balanced liquid fertilizer or well-rotted compost.

Generally considered non-toxic to cats and dogs and is safe around pets.
