Hello, pattern lover! I am the Rubber Plant Variegated, your stunning and artistic houseplant known for my beautiful cream, pink, and green marbled leaves. I'm the colorful cousin of the classic Rubber Plant, here to brighten your space with my unique patterns and elegant presence. With my splashy variegation and sculptural growth, I'm sure to become the centerpiece of your indoor jungle!

I'm a striking variety of the Rubber Plant with large, oval leaves featuring beautiful variegation in shades of cream, light green, and sometimes pink against dark green backgrounds.
Each leaf is uniquely patterned—some may have edges of cream and pink, while others display splashes and marbling throughout.
I grow upright with a strong central stem, developing a tree-like form that commands attention.
I'm slower growing than my all-green relatives but well worth the wait for my spectacular appearance.

I am a cultivated variety of Ficus elastica, which is native to the tropical forests of India and Southeast Asia.

I prefer to dry out slightly between waterings.
Water me when the top 1-2 inches of soil feel dry—usually every 1-2 weeks.
I'm sensitive to overwatering, which can cause leaf drop.
Use room temperature water and ensure good drainage.

I need bright, indirect light to maintain my beautiful variegation.
The more light I receive, the more pronounced my colors become.
I can tolerate some direct morning sun but protect me from harsh afternoon rays.
Too little light will cause my variegation to fade.

I enjoy consistent room temperatures between 18°C and 27°C.
I'm sensitive to cold drafts and sudden temperature changes.
Keep me away from air conditioning vents and heating sources.

Use a well-draining potting mix with good organic matter.

Choose a sturdy pot with drainage holes that can support my height.

Plant me at the same depth as I was in my nursery container.

Water thoroughly after repotting and keep me in bright, indirect light.

Wipe my leaves regularly with a damp cloth to keep them dust-free and vibrant.

Rotate my pot regularly for even growth and variegation.

Feed me with a balanced liquid fertilizer diluted to half strength every 4-6 weeks during spring and summer.
A fertilizer with micronutrients can help maintain my vibrant colors.
No fertilizer needed in fall and winter.
